Frequently asked questions

Is the free plan really free?+

Yes. You create unlimited trips and use the itinerary, map, expenses, checklist, bookings, flights and accommodation without paying anything and without a card. You only pay if you want the AI and the premium modules.

What is the difference between the Pass and Premium?+

The Trip Pass (€5.99) unlocks one trip forever, with a one-time payment. Annual Premium (€19.99) unlocks all your trips for 365 days. Since each pass costs €5.99, Premium pays off from ~4 trips a year (or if you prefer not to pay trip by trip).

If I unlock, does my group also get access?+

Yes. When someone unlocks a trip (via a Pass or through a Premium owner), everyone invited to that trip gets access to the premium modules — there is no need for each person to pay.

Is there automatic renewal?+

No. Both the Pass and Premium are one-off payments, with no subscription that renews on its own. Premium simply expires after 365 days if you do not renew.

Do prices include VAT?+

Yes. The amounts €5.99 and €19.99 are the total you pay — VAT is already included. You can enter your VAT number at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
